About me

I am a drama and film graduate and over the past 3 years I’ve been hosting kids parties and activities at holiday resorts and performing in pantomimes and radio dramas. A couple years ago, I did my hatha yoga teacher training This taught me to format my lessons with the following;
a meditation, warm up, sun salutation, inversion, cool down and another meditation. More recently, I taught yoga at...
