I am someone who believes in holistic wellbeing and Yoga is that one medium which bridges the gap between the physical and mental health.

I am a certified yoga teacher with over 3 years of teaching experience. ( 200 Hrs YTT and 100 Hrs of pre/ Post natal YTT )

I teach holistic yoga classes on hatha, vinyasa yoga and pre / post natal classes.

The duration of the class is one hour and it includes a relaxing flow of pranayama ( breathing technique), Warm up session, Asanas, ( physical postures) and relaxation techniques. ( Yoga Nidra, breath work & guided meditation)

Every class is structured in a way that it takes care of different aspects of health and wellness keeping in mind your individual needs and goals.

You may choose from a variety of classes- from strength building and mobility to whole body flexibility and endurance.

My yoga classes are designed keeping in mind all levels of participants, whether you're a beginner or whether you would like to go for an intense yoga practice. 

My intention is to provide all my clients with a rejuvenating, relaxing and a seamless yoga experience.

A few people think that yoga is not for them and it may seem slow paced and boring but it’s not the reality, you gotta try it for yourself to see the difference it can bring into your health and wellbeing.

I can assure you that after this one hour of my class, you’ll feel much relaxed and energised.

The beauty of yoga can never be explained, it can only be experienced.
