Hello, I'm Terri, a qualified teacher with over nine years of international teaching experience across the UAE, Vietnam and Portugal. Throughout my career, I have worked with learners from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds, helping them build confidence, develop their skills and achieve their personal and academic goals.

My lessons are tailored to each student's needs and learning style. Whether you are preparing for exams, improving your English for work, building confidence in speaking, or simply looking to strengthen your language skills, I create a supportive and engaging environment where you can learn at your own pace.

I believe the best learning happens when students feel comfortable, encouraged and challenged in the right way. My lessons are interactive and practical, incorporating speaking, listening, reading and writing activities to help learners develop well-rounded communication skills. I focus on building confidence as well as competence, ensuring students feel able to apply what they learn in real-life situations.

For professionals and businesses, I can support business English, workplace communication, presentation skills, interview preparation and professional writing. I understand the importance of clear and effective communication in today's global workplace and enjoy helping learners achieve their professional goals.

Alongside my teaching experience, I hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a PGDE in Education and I am currently completing an MA in Educational Leadership. I am passionate about education and committed to helping every learner reach their full potential.
