Srikar U

Hello! My name is Srikar, I am a second year medical student at the University of Sheffield. I love teaching and I believe every student has the potential to achieve the top grades, no matter what their starting point might be. Take me for example, I started the year predicted Cs and Ds and ended up achieving As and A*s. I achieved this through regular, calculated and dedicated practice. Every student has their own strengths and weaknesses, and as a tutor I will help you identify those weaknesses early on and help you turn them into key strengths. I understand that A-levels and GCSEs can be very stressful. And having gone through this myself around 2 years ago, I know and can guide you through all the tricky concepts and common pitfalls you might encounter along the way. My sessions will be very interactive. I will help you drill the content of the subject using proven study techniques such as active recall and spaced repetition. Whilst helping you to understand the crucial exam technique needed at the same time. As I know this is what will help students achieve the top grades on results day.

I have two main goals, one is to help you reach your potential and second is making the process of doing so fun and enjoyable:)
