About My Lessons

I’m a fully qualified teacher (QTS) with a Bachelor’s in Physics and a Master’s in Applied Mathematics. Over the past 17 years, I’ve helped students thrive in Maths and Science by building not just subject knowledge, but also confidence, independence, and a deeper understanding of how to think mathematically and scientifically. My lessons are designed to support long-term growth, equipping students with the tools they need to succeed both in exams and beyond.

How I Teach

Every student thinks differently—and that’s where my lessons begin. I take time to understand how each learner approaches problems, encouraging them to explain their reasoning aloud. This allows me to identify misconceptions, clarify thinking, and offer guidance that’s tailored to their individual needs. Rather than simply giving answers, I walk students through the logic and structure behind each solution, helping them develop the skills to tackle challenges on their own with growing confidence.
