I have 15 years' teaching and educational management experience, a Masters-level DELTA in English Language Teaching, and I was an IELTS examiner and a Director of Studies in a language school and a UK university. I believe in a conversation-first approach to learning; if you can communicate and understand other people in a conversation, then you are winning the battle to learn English!
