I am a passionate and dedicated individual with a strong interest in education, student wellbeing, and inclusive learning. With recent training in supporting pupils with autism, and promoting self-regulation through structured frameworks, I bring a well-rounded understanding of how to meet diverse student needs. My learning includes strategies from the SEED model, Karpman triangle, and PULSE test, which help promote independence and emotional growth in young people.
I have also developed practical experience through tutoring and structured lesson planning, using evidence-based approaches focused on praise for effort, growth mindset, and small group tutoring impact. I’m committed to building positive relationships, promoting a calm and supportive learning space, and always adapting my approach to meet both high and lower ability students.
