My lessons are structured, engaging, and fully tailored to each student's individual needs and goals. Whether you are preparing for A-Level exams, struggling with a specific topic, or looking to build a stronger foundation in Chemistry, I will design every session around you. I hold a PhD in Industrial Chemistry and have over six years of experience as a Teaching Assistant at university level, as well as two years teaching A-Level Chemistry. This combination of academic depth and hands-on teaching experience means I can explain even the most challenging concepts from organic reaction mechanisms to analytical techniques in a way that is clear, logical, and easy to follow. In my lessons, I begin by identifying exactly where a student is struggling and why. From there, I break topics down into manageable steps, using diagrams, worked examples, and real-world applications to make abstract ideas more concrete. I encourage students to ask questions at every stage and I adapt my pace and style to match how each individual learns best. I also focus heavily on exam technique helping students understand what examiners are looking for, practising past paper questions, and building the confidence to perform under pressure. My approach is patient, supportive, and positive. I believe every student can succeed in Chemistry with the right guidance, and I am committed to making that happen.
