My lessons always start with what shall our outcome be today? We are working on learning a certain concept together as a team, the more you learn the better i get at teaching it..! Having a fun lesson is important but with goal in mind, i'm super flexible in how you would like to learn as only you know that, so we could explore different ways and methods of learning, until we get one right and then we know how we learn and get those grades , from there it all easy..!
