I’ve been training for over 7 years and I know what works (and what doesn’t). I’ll push you when you need it, but I’ll also make sure you leave each session feeling accomplished, not drained. Alongside the training, I share nutrition tips and practical advice to help you get the best results outside the gym too.
I also offer pre- and post-natal coaching, including pelvic floor training, to support new and expectant mums with safe, effective movement.
