My current role as a Lecturer and Module Leader has further strengthened my ability to manage course content, assess student performance, and maintain academic quality—particularly in an online environment.

Having taught extensively in both classroom and online formats, I have developed a flexible, student-centred approach that ensures engagement and accessibility. In my online classes, I utilise a combination of live lectures, breakout room activities, real-time case study discussions, recorded content, and interactive quizzes to maintain active learning. I also make full use of platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Moodle, and Blackboard to deliver structured, supportive, and inclusive learning experiences.
