I have experience of senior teacher in academy where i teaches biology through discussions, presentations and assignments. Some times we watch videos regarding the topics that are complex and have lengthy mechanisms, through these videos the students can easily understand the topics. They can ask any question related to the topics. I think remain friendly your students can gave them courage to ask and understand teachers words.
