I am a passionate and dedicated tutor offering support in GCSE Biology, with a strong academic background, having achieved an A* (Grade 9) in Combined Science. My goal is to help students not only succeed in their exams but also develop a genuine understanding and interest in biology as a subject.
My teaching method is tailored to suit each individual student’s needs and learning style. I focus on breaking down complex topics into manageable parts, using clear explanations, real-life examples, and visual aids to ensure deep understanding. I believe in active learning—encouraging students to ask questions, discuss topics, and apply their knowledge through practice questions and past papers.
Having recently gone through the GCSE curriculum myself, I’m very familiar with the current exam board requirements, common pitfalls, and effective strategies for achieving top grades. I can provide targeted revision techniques, memory aids, and exam tips that really work.
