Before we begin we will do an assessment and consultation so that I can tailor your lessons according to your goals and the areas of your life you wish to improve or have interest in.

From there we will do 1 hour sessions that build on your progress from lesson to lesson.

You can do 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week.

* Somatic release of tension and trauma

*Meditation and mindfulness practices
*Removing old patterns, programs and habits
* Connecting deeper with true self
* Working the energy of the body

I will not only use Yoga techniques and philosophy, but, if needed, will draw from my 20 years of experience and qualifications in wellness, health & fitness, and exercise to give you an effective journey to feeling a like your true self again.
