From there we will do 1 hour sessions that build on your progress from lesson to lesson.

I will not only use Yoga techniques and philosophy, but, if needed, will draw from my 20 years of experience and qualifications in wellness, health & fitness, and exercise to give you an effective journey to feeling a like your true self again.
