Hi there!
I am Nehir, an undergraduate university student at UCL (University College London) studying linguistics. I have been an avid and passionate language learner throughout my entire life and I am looking to tutor students in English or in French. Having spent the majority of my life learning and practicing English, I have reached a near-native level proficiency, and have extensive experience analysing literary texts. Therefore, I am confident in giving lessons in English language and/or literature.
Moreover, I have completed part of my studies at a reputable French school, and have reached a C1 (advanced) level proficiency, and am thus open to teaching French at beginner and intermediate levels.
I have taken and received outstanding results in numerous language exams such as IELTS, CAE exams, SAT, MLAT, AP Language & Literature exams, DELF, and DALF, and am open to helping students prepare for similar exams.

I am open to tailoring the content of my lessons up to my student's needs. I aim to have interactive lessons where the main focus would be on developing key skills such as oral and written comprehension and production. My sessions would usually include speaking practice, writing short texts, vocabulary building, grammar explanations, and short exercises or quizzes for reinforcement. If preparing for a language exam, I would also include lessons where we revise specific exam content and solve mock exams.
