I use the communicative approach in my teaching where I focus on fluency, clear pronunciation then accuracy. I have lots of materials that are suitable for different levels and ages, and hundreds of worksheets to support my learners with practice after every session. I rely on technology during my sessions to motivate my learners and let them do different activities and play games related to the lesson.
