At the start, I carry out an initial assessment to understand your current fitness, movement ability, and personal goals. Using my qualifications as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, I then design a customised training and nutrition plan that is realistic, effective, and sustainable. Each session focuses on correct technique, progressive overload, and injury prevention to ensure steady and safe improvement.
My teaching style is friendly, motivating, and supportive. I believe creating a positive environment is essential for progress, so I aim to make sessions enjoyable while keeping you focused and challenged. I clearly explain exercises, monitor form closely, and adapt sessions as you develop, ensuring continuous progress and confidence.
I have experience delivering one-to-one training to clients with different abilities, including beginners and those returning to exercise after time away. I also provide guidance on nutrition planning, exercise science, and lifestyle habits to support your results outside of training sessions.
