Whether you’re brand new to lifting, coming back from injury, or trying to push past a plateau, I meet you where you’re at. My background in Olympic lifting, strength training, and functional movement means I place a huge emphasis on quality of movement and long-term progress—not just quick fixes.

It’s not just about building muscle or losing weight—it’s about building confidence, creating momentum, and helping you feel in control of your training and your body.
