Mocksha

I am a second-year BSc Biomedical Science student at Brunel University with a strong academic background in Mathematics. As a UKMT Maths Challenge award holder, I have developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which I bring into my teaching. I am passionate about helping students strengthen their understanding and approach Maths with confidence.

I offer tuition for KS2, KS3 and GCSE Maths (Foundation and Higher). For younger students, lessons focus on building strong foundations and developing confidence in core skills. For GCSE students, I provide structured and targeted support tailored to individual needs and exam timelines, including higher-level topics such as advanced algebra, trigonometry, functions and circle theorems.

My teaching approach is clear, organised and adapted to each student’s pace. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adjust explanations to suit their learning style. Lessons focus on strengthening understanding, developing problem-solving ability and building exam confidence through guided practice and carefully selected questions.

I monitor progress regularly and adjust lessons to ensure steady improvement. Students are welcome to bring schoolwork or specific topics they find challenging, and I maintain communication with parents where appropriate.

My aim is not only to improve grades, but to ensure students feel confident, capable and independent when approaching Maths.
