I am a current university student studying Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence at Queen Mary University of London, with a strong academic background in Mathematics. I achieved an A in A-level Mathematics and a Grade 8 in GCSE Mathematics.

I offer supportive and friendly Maths tuition for primary and GCSE students. My aim is to make Maths easier to understand by breaking down difficult topics into smaller, simpler steps. I understand that students can sometimes find certain topics confusing, so I focus on explaining concepts clearly and patiently rather than simply giving students the answers.

I have experience informally helping classmates with Maths, particularly when they are struggling to understand a particular topic or method. When explaining something, I try different approaches depending on what works best for the student. I can go through examples step-by-step, identify areas where a student may be struggling and then practise similar questions together to build their confidence.

My lessons would be adapted to the individual student’s needs. This could include helping with schoolwork, revising topics they find difficult, preparing for GCSE exams or practising questions to improve their understanding and confidence. I would aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while learning.

As a university student, I can also relate to students who may find Maths challenging and understand the importance of clear explanations and patience. I am reliable, approachable and committed to helping students make progress in Maths.
