My job is to turn you into a perfect speaker and writer of English: one who sounds like a fluent, confident, native.

My lessons are one-to-one, on video calls. I will begin my lessons by conversing with you to discover what areas of English you need and want to develop skills in, including grammar, vocabulary, syntax, spelling, pronuniciation, and diction. Then, I will read through specially selected example sentences with you, pointing out challenging rules in those sentences and teaching techniques for memorising those rules. As needed, I will use colour-coding and images of sentence structures, which I will make accessible through screen sharing on the video calls. At the end of each lesson, I will conduct a short test to see how much you have learnt, and ask for your feedback as to how useful the lesson has been to you. The whole of every lesson will be a relaxed, but professional, tutorial, where you will be able to interact with me as much as you desire.

Past students of mine have gone on to win debating competitions at the House of Commons and to increase their employability as non-native English speakers.
