For specific students, once you have achieved ease with some reading, I use reading comprehension in a way that gets you to understand the language better, and to reframe content so that we deepen your use and adaptability using English language effectively.
We meet virtually once a week and practice together for 1.5 hours. Homework is only given for you to prepare for the next lesson and to bring topics for us to practice.
My students in Canada ranged from Primary 1 right through to international students at the University of British Columbia, and newcomers to Canada (adult learners) who wanted to learn how to interview for jobs.
