Hello! My name is Noreen, and I am a passionate English tutor with extensive experience helping students improve their reading, writing, grammar, and exam skills. I specialise in GCSE English Language and Literature, as well as EAL/ESOL support for students who are learning English as an additional language.
My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, learning style, and goals. Whether you need help preparing for exams, developing confidence in speaking and writing, improving grammar, or achieving higher grades in school, I will create a structured learning plan designed specifically for you.
I believe that students learn best when lessons are engaging, supportive, and practical. During our sessions, I use clear explanations, guided practice, model answers, exam-style questions, and constructive feedback to help students make rapid progress. I break complex topics into simple steps and ensure that students fully understand a concept before moving on.
For GCSE students, I focus on exam techniques, essay writing, textual analysis, and building the skills needed to achieve Grades 6-9. For younger learners and ESOL students, I provide patient and encouraging support to develop vocabulary, reading comprehension, pronunciation and communication skills.
My aim is to help every student gain confidence, develop independent learning skills, and enjoy the process of learning English. I provide a friendly and motivating environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and challenging themselves to reach their full potential.
am committed to helping students build confidence, develop critical thinking skills, and achieve their academic potential successful in school and beyond.
