Each session kicks off with a quick warm-up review of the previous lesson because in language learning, what you don't revisit, you forget. It's also a great way to ease into French mode and build that all-important sense of continuity.

From there, we move into a themed vocabulary block: instead of learning random words in isolation, we explore them in context, grouped by topic — whether that's travel, food, emotions, or everyday life. Words stick so much better when they actually mean something to you.

Next comes a focused grammar point explained clearly, in plain English, with real examples. No intimidating textbook jargon, no endless conjugation tables to memorise blindly. Just a solid understanding of why French works the way it does, so you can apply it confidently rather than just hoping for the best.

Then, the best part: conversation practice. This is where everything comes together. We use what we've covered that day the vocabulary, the grammar, the structures and we talk. About you, about your day, about topics that actually interest you. You'll make mistakes, and that's not just okay, it's the whole point.

Every error is a stepping stone, and I'll be there to guide you through it without making you feel self-conscious.

Finally, we close every session with a clear debrief: what you nailed, what to keep practising, and one concrete goal to focus on before we meet again. No vague "keep it up!" just honest, constructive feedback and a roadmap for your next step. Every hour is intentional, structured, and I genuinely believe this one of the best investments you can make in yourself.
