I have a deep belief that yoga should be available to everyone. My approach is rooted in inclusivity, compassion, and the understanding that yoga can be adapted to meet each individual’s needs.
I am currently completing my Yoga4Health teacher training with YIHA, a program commissioned by the NHS, which focuses on using yoga to support physical and mental wellbeing. Additionally, I am PTSD-trained and certified to teach yoga for people impacted by cancer, equipping me with the skills to work sensitively with individuals facing a range of health challenges.
In my classes, I prioritise gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, ensuring that each session is accessible to all participants.
