As a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Portugal with three years of experience, I have worked with a wide range of groups, including children, young adults, adults, and individuals with disabilities, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, performance anxiety, addiction, and more. This experience has taught me the importance of adapting my approach to each person, recognizing their unique strengths, and creating a supportive, trusting environment where learning can flourish.
