Building on empathy, motivational interviewing, active and reflecting listening techniques, I help individuals unlock their strengths and tackle barriers that hold them back in a non judgmental way.
My approach: I use structured powerpoint presentations which I share on screen to support your lessons. These presentations are designed in a way that blends knowledge, skills and confidence building with practical activities and live interactions to help you put the learnings into practice and develop them in real life.
The content of these lessons includes the following areas: setting and achieving goals, stress management and resilience strategies, nutrition essentials to improve focus and energy, fitness essentials to boost physical and mental health, time management and mindful living skills to increase work-life balance.
