Lexi Hemmings

Hi! I am very passionate about languages, I am a native English speaker and am bilingual in Hungarian. During my education I have studied Spanish, Italian, Latin Language and Literature and Ancient Greek Language and Literature. I have experience working in Budapest for television switching between English and Hungarian as well as basic experience in teaching English. I am part of the Manchester university Hungarian society where I am a committee member and have represented the society at the Manchester Hungarian consulate for various events as a bilingual speaker of both English and Hungarian.
I like to keep things exciting and relaxed and would gladly tailor sessions to meet your needs and what you want to work on. I am specifically good at teaching correct pronunciation, I love making conversation and can build vocabulary to help you talk about anything you like or give additional support for exams, reading and writing. We can go over literature, grammar, conjugation and oral speech and set additional tasks outside of sessions. I like using a shared screen to show presentations to explain the content I am teaching before discussing the topic and going over tasks to practise different related exercises.
