I teach English in a calm, practical and supportive way. My lessons are aimed at adults who want to feel more confident speaking English, understand grammar more clearly, improve pronunciation, build vocabulary, or practise everyday conversation.
I recently completed my CELTA training, and I also have many years of experience teaching yoga and Pilates. That background has taught me how to work with different people, give clear instructions, adapt to individual needs, and create a comfortable learning environment.
In my lessons, we can focus on what you actually need: speaking practice, grammar, pronunciation, reading, vocabulary, travel English, work-related English, or general confidence. I like lessons to feel structured but not stiff. We will practise actively, use real examples, and work at a pace that feels manageable for you.
I know how uncomfortable it can feel to speak another language and worry about making mistakes. My aim is to help you feel safe enough to try, learn from mistakes, and gradually become more natural and confident in English.
I also understand the experience of learning and living in another language myself, so I bring patience, empathy and practical awareness to my teaching. I want students to leave each lesson with something useful they can apply straight away, whether that is a clearer grammar point, a new phrase, better pronunciation, or simply more confidence to speak.
