Leander Hollings

I have over 20 years of experience teaching English as a foreign language as well as experience teaching all subjects of the British primary year 3 curriculum. I take time to get to know my students before helping them to set goals that I help them to achieve in a timely fashion. I tailor the lessons to the level and needs of each student taking into consideration their strength and weaknesses as well as their preferred learning style. I keep the lessons varied and listen to feedback from students and parents to ensure that expectations are being met. I am a great communicator and specialise in helping improve pronunciation, expanding vocabulary and exam preparation. I have experience preparing students for for English exams such as Cambridge, TESOL and IELTS. My experience working in the corporate environment also means that I can help with business English and preparing for interviews etc. I am the founder of a UK registered charity that builds schools in Nepal and enjoy a challenge. My main priority is making learning English fun as I believe strongly that students prosper when they are enjoying the learning experience.
