I have a Masters Degree in Microbiology and Microbial Control and a Bachelor's degree in Molecular biology. I am fluent in English although my native language is Bulgarian. I teach using PPTs and interactive methods, lots of visuals, videos and case studies. I like to engage my audience with questions and practical exercises. I like an Ice breaker and I am very creative.
My experience is in the Food Sector- Food Hygiene, Food Poisoning, Good Manufacturing practices, Food Safety, Microbiology, Allergens, Nutrition, Fermentation, Risk management, Incident and Crisis Management, HACCP, Ingredients, Food Additives, Chocolate, Poultry- chicken, Alternative proteins. Apart from this I can teach Biology and Anatomy.
