My lessons are structured, interactive, and tailored to each student’s needs. I typically begin with a quick recap to reinforce prior knowledge, followed by clear explanations of new concepts using diagrams, real-world examples, and step-by-step breakdowns.

We then work through exam-style questions together, focusing on how to apply knowledge effectively and structure high-scoring answers. I prioritise active learning, encouraging students to explain concepts back to me, identify gaps, and build confidence through practice.

Lessons are adapted based on the student’s goals, whether that’s improving understanding, catching up on content, or achieving top grades. With my background in biology research and lab experience, I also integrate real-world context to make topics more engaging and relevant.
