My lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s goals. I typically begin by identifying your strengths, challenges, and preferred learning style, then build a personalised plan that we adapt as you progress. A typical session blends clear explanations with guided practice, discussion, and real exam-style questions so you can apply new skills with confidence.

I place a big emphasis on making lessons collaborative and confidence-building. Rather than lecturing, I guide students through problems step by step, encouraging them to think aloud, ask questions, and develop their own strategies. I use a mix of activities—live modelling, targeted practice, interactive discussions, and exam-focused drills—to keep sessions varied and engaging.

Drawing on over five years of tutoring experience—and my background as an Oxford graduate—I focus on building deeper understanding rather than rote learning, while keeping lessons warm, encouraging, and interactive. Whether we're tackling tricky maths problems, analysing literature, or preparing for Oxbridge applications, each lesson is designed to be supportive, dynamic, and genuinely enjoyable.
