Kennedy Zembere

I am writing to express my interest in the Biology Tutor position in Glasgow. With a strong academic background in biological sciences and experience teaching university-level students, I am enthusiastic about supporting learners in developing a solid understanding of biology and preparing effectively for their examinations.
I am a qualified teacher with a Bachelor of Education (Science) from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College. I also hold a Master of Science in Tropical Disease Biology from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, UK. My training combines both advanced biological knowledge and formal teaching preparation, enabling me to explain complex biological concepts in ways that are clear and accessible to students.
I am particularly passionate about helping students build confidence in biology by connecting theoretical concepts with real-world biological examples. My teaching approach is patient, adaptable, and focused on encouraging curiosity while tailoring explanations to different learning styles.
