I have a student-centered approach so each set of lessons are totally different based on the needs, aims, and learning styles of the person. After 2 decades of teaching I have a host of resources and methods which can help at each stage of learning: building the basic knowledge; learning what and how to memorize; reading and tackling exam questions; recalling and using what you know; reflecting and improving on assessment; and reaching the top grades. I am friendly and easy to talk to with experience with SEN and gifted and talented pupils, I am able to find the barriers to success and help to break them down. Sessions with me involve a lot of interaction, your feedback shapes the sessions go.
