As an online personal trainer with a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation, my sessions are tailored, structured, and evidence-based, designed to support you in reaching your goals safely and effectively, whether you're recovering from injury, aiming to improve general fitness, or looking to enhance performance.

Each training plan begins with a comprehensive consultation to understand your needs, lifestyle, goals, and any medical or injury history. From there, I design a personalised program that aligns with your objectives and current ability level, while also focusing on long-term progress and injury prevention.

Sessions are typically delivered via video call or through structured training plans with regular check-ins. I guide you through each session with clear demonstrations, technique cues, and real-time feedback, ensuring you're confident in every movement. I also provide educational insights into how and why we’re doing certain exercises, helping you build body awareness and long-term self-sufficiency.

Depending on your goals, a session might include strength training, mobility work, functional movement drills, or injury-specific rehab exercises. I draw on a deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles gained through hands-on experience with Bedford Town FC, Hull City Ladies FC, Spalding FC, and Nuffield Health.

My teaching style is supportive and client-centred, I adapt to your communication style and learning preferences to keep you motivated, engaged, and progressing. You’ll receive ongoing support outside of sessions through messaging, progress tracking, and adjustments to your program as needed.

Whether you're a complete beginner or a returning athlete, my goal is to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to move well, feel strong, and stay injury-free.
