I'm a first-year Economics and Finance student at Bayes Business School, City University of London. At A-level I achieved top grades in Maths, Further Maths, and Economics, and received offers from all five of my university choices — including UCL and LSE.
I also recently completed a Spring Week at Deutsche Bank in Investment Banking and Capital Markets, which I converted into a 2027 Summer Analyst offer. This means I can also support sixth formers and university students thinking about finance careers or competitive applications, alongside the academic tutoring.
I have over 5 years of private tutoring experience with students from Year 8 through to sixth form. My approach is straightforward: I start by identifying the specific gaps in a student's understanding, then build sessions around closing those gaps through a mix of past paper practice, worked examples, and clear explanation. Everything is tailored to the student's exam board and learning style.
As a student who sat these exams during the turmoil of COVID, I know exactly where students tend to struggle and what examiners are actually looking for. Sessions focus on both subject knowledge and exam technique, and I provide resources and model answers to support work between lessons.
I cover Maths at KS3, GCSE, A-level, and Further Maths, and Economics at GCSE and A-level. Available in-person across Harrow and surrounding areas, or online. Happy to offer a free introductory session so you can decide if I'm the right fit before committing.
