As a registered teacher of KS3 - KS5 classes in a state school, I am passionate about inspiring students to learn and excel. With extensive experience in private tuition, I tailor my teaching methods to meet individual needs. I believe Maths is everywhere and Maths is fun. I am keen on letting students to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. My goal is to ignite a love for the subject and help each student reach their full potential.

Mathematics has played a significant role in my life, igniting my interest and curiosity from an early age. Throughout my primary and secondary education, mathematics was my favourite subject. I consistently ranked among the top students in my class and had the honour of being a member of my school's Math Olympiad team. For me, mathematics is not merely a subject; it is a passion that enriches my daily life. I find great joy in exploring the patterns and concepts that numbers reveal, and I am eager to share this enthusiasm with my students. Teaching mathematics allows me to inspire young minds to think critically and creatively.

During tuition, I always start with interesting activity for knowledge retrieval. After that, I go through the lesson objectives with examples. Then student should practice standard questions, problem solving questions, exam type questions, GCSE questions and Math challenge / Olympiad questions. During the practicing time, I always encourage student to think of any other methods for solving the same question in order to develop maths sense. I also promote student not be afraid of making mistake. "Don't give up! Keep going!" is my motto.
