In my lessons, I provide students with a friendly and engaging experience focused on improving an individual's level of English.

I ask students some basic questions; like their name, first language, country they live in, interests, rough level of English. After receiving an answer, I ask follow-up questions in order to expand on that particular area and get to know the person a bit better. Then, I write everything down onto a clipboard to create a basic profile of the person.

As the conversation progresses, I give the student new and relevant words for them to learn. I explain how to pronounce, spell, as well as use these new words so that they can add them to their vocabulary. I stay persistent, no matter the learning rate a person is showing.

I then ask the student to write the words down and next to them, the meaning of these words in their own language. I do the same thing on my clipboard and in the following lesson, I choose these words at random and have the student pronounce, spell, and explain the meaning of, as if it's me learning them for the first time.

I can help you overcome your language barrier as it is something I had to overcome myself over the last 8 years and now consider one of my greatest achievements. It has taught me how to be resilient and patient whilst learning a secondary language, which is exactly what I'll be teaching you in my lessons.
