I hold a Masters Degree in International Business and Management. I am well travelled and not only enjoy teaching, but also enjoy learning. I tailor my teaching approach to the audience and use a variety of methodologies to ensure lessons are interesting, engaging and most importantly valuable. I have been working as an Occasional Lecturer at two local universities, as well as helping current students with lesson reviews and reviews of written assignments. I spent many years as a senior instructor/trainer in the US military where I also had the opportunity to write training doctrine for senior leader development courses for many of the NATO military forces. I have had the opportunity to travel to Kazakhstan to teach economics to MBA students and speak at an International Conference on Issues in Modern Day Academia. I am a self published author and I am very active in the community where I volunteer at local hospice centers. I played a vital role in developing a newly implemented course in one of the local universities called The Emerging Graduate. I am an avid supporter of the Armed Forces, I volunteer with local veteran charities and once or twice a month visit the local HMP to meet with veterans who are incarcerated, where I help them prepare CV's, cover letters and just offer one to one support. I was a volunteer instructor for the American Red Cross where I used to teach CPR (Adult and Child) and Community First Aid, I now currently assist with teaching First Aid at Work.
