I believe that University education should empower students to become critical, evidence-based thinkers capable of applying their knowledge to real-world challenges in Nutrition and Health. My teaching philosophy emphasises active learning, scientific literacy, with real-life case studies and examples to encourage students to question assumptions and evaluate research findings. By connecting theory to practical applications I aim to expand student curiosity, confidence, and professional growth.
