Each session is shaped around your needs. We might focus on setting clear, realistic goals, improving time management and organisation, or finding ways to manage stress and stay focused. I also support you in understanding what might be getting in the way, such as procrastination, self-doubt or pressure, so that we can work through it together in a practical and manageable way.
My background as a trainee psychotherapist means I bring strong listening skills, empathy and an ability to help you feel heard and understood, while also keeping sessions purposeful and focused on helping you move forward. I aim to create a balance between emotional support and practical strategies, so you leave sessions feeling clearer, more confident and more in control.
Sessions are collaborative, at your pace, and focused on helping you build skills you can continue to use independently.
