Hi, I’m Kristian Sokol, better known as Coach Kris.
I’m a certified Life and Longevity Coach offering Life, Longevity and Business Coaching online.

I work with students, individuals, professionals and business owners who often already know what they want or what needs to change but keep finding themselves caught between knowing and doing. That gap is where our work begins.

I don’t believe in rushing through a checklist or giving you advice you could find online. We identify the one thing that matters most, then look beneath the first explanation. Together, we explore the belief, pattern or internal negotiation that may be influencing your decisions and turn what you discover into one practical next step.

The focus might be study, work, business, confidence, direction, health-related habits or a decision you have been circling for weeks. You don’t need to arrive with a perfect goal or have everything figured out. Bring the one thing that keeps returning, and we will start there.

My own path has taken me from working as a pizza chef while barely speaking English to working aboard superyachts, winning gold in sailboat racing and reaching 16th place worldwide in a longevity ranking. It wasn’t one perfect plan. It was a series of real decisions, uncomfortable steps and learning to return instead of continually starting again.

My coaching style is honest, calm, curious and practical. I work online with people across Northern Ireland, the UK and worldwide, with in-person availability in Galicia, northern Spain. I’m ADHD-aware and proudly LGBTQ+ friendly zero judgement, always.
