I offer supportive, one-to-one online coaching for students who may be feeling overwhelmed, unmotivated or lacking confidence in their studies. Drawing on my training in counselling, I take a calm, non-judgemental and practical approach, helping you to break things down into manageable steps.
Together, we can work on goal-setting, time management, organisation and building focus, as well as understanding what might be getting in the way (such as stress, self-doubt or procrastination). Sessions are tailored to you - whether you need help getting back on track, preparing for exams, or building confidence in your abilities.
My aim is to help you feel more in control, motivated and able to move forward with clarity and self-belief.
