As a Reiki Master and intuitive holistic practitioner, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and find greater balance.

Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stressed or simply unsure of what we need next. My sessions are designed to give you time away from the noise — a space where you can relax, feel heard and focus on your own wellbeing.

Using Reiki, intuitive guidance and a person-centred approach, each session is tailored to you. Whether you are looking for relaxation, emotional balance, greater clarity or simply some time to reconnect with yourself, we work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you come.
