I am a qualified yoga teacher with a background in psychology and nearly 20 years of personal practice. My teaching draws on training in vinyasa flow, yin and restorative yoga, and is informed by my understanding of how the nervous system responds to stress, movement and breath. I like to design sessions that go beyond the physical postures and into the why behind the practice.

My teaching style is warm, personal and adaptable. I pay close attention to where each student is - physically, mentally and energetically - and adjust accordingly. Some weeks you might need something energising. Other weeks, something slow and restorative. We work with what is real, not a fixed programme.
Sessions typically combine breath awareness, mindful movement and either a dynamic or restorative practice depending on your goals, followed by a short integration at the end. I am particularly experienced in using yoga as a tool for stress regulation, nervous system recovery and building sustainable energy.
I offer sessions online and in person in London. I am happy to tailor the focus of sessions around your specific goals, whether that is building flexibility, managing stress, improving sleep, developing a consistent practice or simply finding a reliable weekly pause in a busy week.
