Isaac Adedoyin

I am an experienced and passionate Chemistry tutor with a strong academic background and several years of experience teaching students at different levels, including GCSE, A-Level and other international curricula. I hold a B.Sc. Ed. in Chemistry and an M.Tech. in Inorganic Chemistry, and I have developed a teaching approach that makes Chemistry easier to understand, practical and enjoyable.

My lessons are student-centred, interactive and carefully structured around each learner’s needs. I begin by identifying the student’s current level, strengths and areas that require improvement. I then explain concepts clearly using simple examples, diagrams, real-life applications and step-by-step problem-solving techniques. I also provide guided practice, exam-style questions and regular assessments to help students build confidence and improve their performance.

For examination classes, I focus particularly on understanding the syllabus, mastering difficult concepts, developing calculation and analytical skills, and learning how to approach examination questions effectively. I also help students understand why an answer is correct rather than simply memorising facts.

I have experience teaching AQA GCSE Chemistry, OCR A-Level Chemistry and other Chemistry programmes. I am patient, approachable and willing to explain a concept in different ways until the student understands it. I encourage questions and create a relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.
