I use engaging lesson plans that include a range of activities, such as timelines and interactive quizzes combined with clear structured explanations. For students in exam years, there will be a focus on guided exam-styled questions and the ideal answer structures in how to achieve the best grades possible. I like to get to know you as an individual, rather than merely a student, as this allows me to tailor lessons to your needs, interests, and goals. I like to start our time together by getting to understand which areas of topics you are not as confident in to make sure that those are the areas we mitigate most of our time to. These sessions will always be made to suit you and help you feel as confident as possible in your abilities whilst approaching monumental exams.

I am an experienced private tutor who has a plethora of clients of all different ages, learning styles, and needs. As a result, I have learned to adapt to each student and situation effectively and have expanded upon my problem solving abilities. This means that if there is a section of our lessons you don't understand, I will devise a myriad of ways to ensure you end the session feeling confident and proud of yourself for crossing a difficult step and developing your understanding.

I enjoy building a close, working relationship with students to make lessons more enjoyable. They will not mirror typical, monotonous classroom lessons where the content and activities are generic and you do not have a personal connection to the teacher.
