Ibrahima Diarrassouba

My name is Ibrahim, and French is my first language. I hold a degree in Geography and a professional teaching qualification. As a qualified teacher with extensive experience, I have taught History and Geography up to the A-Level (Baccalauréat) standard. These subjects have always required a high level of proficiency in the French language, further strengthening my command of both written and spoken French.

In addition to my teaching career, I have served as a Student Support Officer and worked as an English-French interpreter for several years. These roles allowed me to develop strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, which I continue to apply in my professional work today. Teaching, coaching, and helping others achieve their academic and personal goals are passions that continue to drive me.

I also hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Health and Safety and currently work in a role that involves conducting employee inductions, leading toolbox talks, and delivering training on various health and safety topics. My position provides the flexibility to pursue my ongoing interest in language education.

I am now eager to apply my skills and experience to assist students with their French learning journey. Whether supporting beginners or advanced learners, my goal is to create engaging and effective lessons that foster confidence and fluency in French communication.
