I have experience teaching a variety of students from primary school to college and student nurses. I am currently completing my teacher training.

I like to get to know my students and find out their interests and try to incorporate my students interests into the lesson.

I start my lessons with revisiting the previous learning. Following on from that I will identify the learning objectives of the session and show some examples of success criteria of the learning objectives.

I break down tasks to steps this makes the task more manageable and easier to complete.
I use a variety of resources and techniques, including games, posters and videos. If the knowledge is not attained, I will use different approaches until the knowledge is gained.

To help cement the learning I will give you very small amounts of homework (for example if we had a maths session together, I would give you 1-2 equations a day to help the knowledge stay in your long term memory, but also not to overload you with work).

If you need assistance with a school project, I will be able to brainstorm ideas and assist you.
Session can be online or face to face, and I am able to commute to students houses.
